Description:
Studio apartment on Italian street in the elite city center in a 3-minute walk from Nevsky Prospekt and Nevsky Prospekt metro station. Nearby are the Arts Square, Russian and Ethnographic Museums, theaters, concert halls and all the main attractions of the city. To the Palace Square, the Hermitage, the Neva embankments - 15 minutes on foot through the most beautiful places of the city.Located on the 4th floor of a 5-storey building. The main entrance from the Italian street. Windows on - Italian street. Paid Parking is a 5-minute walk from the house.
The total area is 30 sq.m. A small cozy comfortable apartment. Everything necessary for living is available - LCD TV, refrigerator, electric kettle, washing machine, hair dryer, iron, household items - ironing board, dryer, kitchen, bedding, toiletries.
At your disposal - unlimited INTERNET, Wi-Fi, TV with 50 channels.
The bathroom is combined, with a shower cabin. A boiler is installed.
Accommodation - 2 people (double bed with orthopedic mattress).
Reporting documents are provided for business travelers ( all necessary information will be provided by the Manager).
BOOKING CONDITIONS:
The flat is not booked for a day. Early booking-from 5 days. Smoking is not allowed in the apartments (only by agreement - on the balcony or in designated areas). It is strictly forbidden to hold events and violation of public order ( loud sounds after 23 hours, etc.). Full booking details here.

Many thanks to the hosts Nelly and Ilya, booking manager Natalia Ogneva, thanks to you our vacation was unforgettable.Wonderful apartment!Cozy, warm, the kitchen is equipped with everything you need, from household appliances to dishes.Very comfortable wide bed (important after long walks). Neighbors and the noise of the street were not heard at all.And the location is just super!I came out of the entrance and you are already in all historical beauty.We didn't even use transport, it was very interesting to wander through the streets, each time discovering something new for ourselves.After museums and walks, we barely climbed to the fourth floor. Well, it's all nonsense, while you're crawling, you can look at the stucco in the entrance.We recommend this apartment to everyone who decided to enjoy St. Petersburg. Beautiful apartment in the city center: Advantages:location,fresh renovation, photo corresponds to reality (only instead of a black sofa there is a refrigerator), all appliances are available: iron,hair dryer,coffee machine, clothes dryer,ironing board...there are a lot of dishes and everything for cooking, a great shower (with music), hot water without interruptions (new water heater). Cons: only one:located on the 4th floor without elevator. Conclusion: For such money, the apartment is great!

I really liked the apartment. Clean, cozy, warm, everything you need is there. The owners of Nelya and Ilya are good guys, not indifferent, they told everything, explained everything, even immediately changed the shower head as soon as they noticed a malfunction.The apartment has all the amenities, the photos correspond to reality. The apartment is located in a very beautiful area, near Nevsky Prospekt, palaces, castles, theaters. We were there for 4 days, had a lot of fun and had a good rest, Told our friends and ourselves more than once I want to use this apartment. The apartment is pleasant, well located: not too noisy and within walking distance of all the sights of the city center. There is a little little space, because the corridor and the kitchen are one room, more like a rather narrow corridor. If the company wakes up at different times, it causes certain inconveniences.
