The apartment fully corresponds to the description. Clean, cozy, comfortable, beautiful. It is conveniently located in the very center, near the metro and other public transport, opposite the Kazan Cathedral. The location of the house in which the apartment is located is in a closed courtyard, where a car was parked for free, from which you can exit on two sides: to Duma Street and NAB. Griboyedov Canal. Thank you very much, I liked everything. Especially the location of the apartment, we walked everywhere. The courtyard is very calm, the dome of the Kazan Cathedral is visible from the window. We arrived early, the hostess offered to check in immediately without waiting for the time of check-in, we also left much later, without any additional payment. The apartment really has everything you need, everything is working properly. Two sets of keys, blackout curtains, Wi-Fi, ironing board are all there.

Nice apartment in a great location, everything is within walking distance. Everything worked in the apartment, despite the fact that the very center is quiet. We stayed together in this apartment for almost two weeks. Clean, comfortable, in a word - everything is fine. Only one nuance - on weekends in the evenings and at night in the yard it was sometimes noisy (but this is a consequence of just the "center" location of the apartment, and not particularly critical). In general, we liked the apartment. It is quite spacious and has an ideal location. It can be seen that repairs have been made recently: the furniture and plumbing are new. The kitchen is equipped with all necessary appliances and utensils. Of the minuses: the intercom did not work and, having 1 set of keys, it was inconvenient. Among the wishes: to hang tulle on the windows, which would add comfort to the residents, because the windows of the neighboring house are very close.

Yes, it was possible to provide a second set of keys and fix the intercom - you had to call the manager immediately on the first day and the problems would be solved very quickly. As for the thin curtains on the windows - they are not provided for by the interior design, but the manager promised to think about this problem and find a reasonable solution. thank you very much.
