Near the Neva embankment with a magnificent view of the entire central water area. In the nearest location - St. Andrew"s Cathedral, Menshikov Palace, Academy of Arts, Kunstkamera, Blagoveshchensky Bridge. You can also walk to the main attractions on foot, walking along the embankments and the most beautiful places of the city.The studio is located in a one-story wing built in 1917, in a quiet cozy courtyard. You can park at the building, there are always free places.
The studio is compact, with an interesting design interior and all the necessary equipment for your comfort. At your disposal - comfortable double bed, LCD TV, mini fridge, electric kettle, hair dryer, kitchen, bedding, toiletries. Microwave oven, iron, washing machine - in the common hall.
Unlimited INTERNET, Wi-Fi, digital TV are connected.
The bathroom is combined, with a shower area.

Reporting documents are provided for business travelers ( all necessary information will be provided by the Manager).
BOOKING CONDITIONS:
The flat is not booked for a day. Early booking-from 5 days. Smoking is not allowed in the apartments (only by agreement - on the balcony or in designated areas). It is strictly forbidden to hold events and violation of public order ( loud sounds after 23 hours, etc.). Full booking details here.
