One-room, compact, cozy apartment with a balcony near the metro station "Sadovaya/Spasskaya/Haymarket" in the historical center of the city. These are historical places of the life and work of Dostoevsky, Akhmatova, Mussorgsky, Gogol. Nevsky Prospekt is a 10-minute walk away, Kazan Cathedral is 17 minutes away and St. Isaac"s Cathedral is 10 minutes away. Nearby are the Alexander Garden and the Bronze Horseman. Nearby there are a large number of cafes, budget and premium food stores, as well as the famous Haymarket.The apartment is located on the 2nd floor of a five-storey building. There is no elevator. The yard is closed, green, with a Playground. The entrance is from the courtyard, the Windows overlook the courtyard (not the well). There is a balcony, smoking is allowed on the balcony.
The total square footage is 34 sq.m. An interesting, cozy and sunny apartment, with a convenient layout and all the necessary equipment for a comfortable stay; there is a storage room. At your disposal - LCD TV, refrigerator, gas stove, microwave, coffee maker, electric kettle, washing machine, hair dryer, iron with ironing board, dryer, kitchen, bedding, toiletries.

The bathroom is combined, with a bathtub. A boiler is installed in case of disconnection of hot water.

The flat is not booked for a day. Early booking-from 5 days. Smoking is not allowed in the apartments (only by agreement - on the balcony or in designated areas). It is strictly forbidden to hold events and violation of public order ( loud sounds after 23 hours, etc.). Full booking details here.
