One-bedroom apartment in the center on Soyuz Pechatnikov Street, a 20-minute walk from Sadovaya metro station. It is located in a beautiful place near the Theater Square. Nearby are the St. Nicholas Cathedral, the Mariinsky Theater (Bolshoi Opera and Ballet Theater), the Conservatory, the Yusupov Palace, the Moika River embankment and the Kissing Bridge. Also nearby is the new building of the Navy Museum, New Holland. Nevsky Prospekt, St. Isaac"s, Senate and Palace Squares, as well as the Neva embankments can be reached on foot.

It is located on the 2nd floor of a 3-storey monument building in which A.C.Griboyedov lived. Front entrance from the street, intercom, wide clean staircase. The Windows overlook the street of the Union of Printers.

The apartment is spacious, well-maintained, with a good repair. At your disposal - two separate rooms, a kitchen, a large hall. Equipped with everything necessary for a comfortable stay: in each room there is a TV, a refrigerator, a gas stove with an oven, a microwave oven, an electric kettle, a water filter, a washing machine, kitchen, bedding, toiletries. There is a piano in one of the rooms. There is a baby cot.

Unlimited INTERNET, Wi-Fi, cable TV are connected.

The bathroom is combined, with a bathtub. A boiler is installed in case of disconnection of hot water.

Possible accommodation for up to 7 people (two double beds, a single bed and a folding sofa).

Reporting documents are provided for business travelers ( all necessary information will be provided by the Manager).

BOOKING CONDITIONS:

The flat is not booked for a day. Early booking-from 5 days. Smoking is not allowed in the apartments (only by agreement - on the balcony or in designated areas). It is strictly forbidden to hold events and violation of public order ( loud sounds after 23 hours, etc.). Full booking details here.

Estimated time

Check-in-after 15:00, check-out-before 12:00. Early check-in or late check-out are charged extra.

Deposit

Upon check-in to the apartment, a security deposit is charged (a security deposit for keys, safety, property and public order), which is returned to the card after cleaning the apartment, subject to the agreed conditions. Security deposit - in the amount of payment per day, when booking for holidays and for long periods - two days in advance.

Prepayment-for the first night.
