Entrance from Nevsky Prospekt. There is video surveillance in the entrance, a concierge is on duty on the floor. From the Windows there is a beautiful view of Nevsky Prospekt.
The total square footage is 32 sq.m. A new modern studio, fully equipped with everything necessary for a comfortable stay. At your disposal - LCD TV, refrigerator, induction electric stove, microwave oven, electric kettle, drip coffee maker, toaster, water filter, electric heater, hair dryer, bedding, toiletries. Washing machine, iron with ironing board, dryer are located in a specially equipped utility room.
Unlimited INTERNET, Wi-Fi, cable TV are connected.
The bathroom is combined, with a shower cabin. A boiler is installed.
Possible accommodation - up to 4 people. Very comfortable beds - two single beds 110 cm wide, which can be moved and pushed apart + a folding leather sofa 190x150. A baby cot is available on request.
Reporting documents are provided for business travelers ( all necessary information will be provided by the Manager).
BOOKING CONDITIONS:
The flat is not booked for a day. Early booking-from 5 days. Smoking is not allowed in the apartments (only by agreement - on the balcony or in designated areas). It is strictly forbidden to hold events and violation of public order ( loud sounds after 23 hours, etc.). Full booking details here.
