«Very convenient location, Nevsky Prospekt, walking distance from the train station (which is important), several trolleybus stops to museums and theaters. The apartment is nice, very comfortable, what attracts is the Windows on Nevsky Prospekt. Also good is the presence of an elevator. There is enough technology. The only wish is that it would be nice to have a second chair, although you can sit on an ottoman (but it's too low), and a hanger for suits and other clothes in the room (there is a convenient hanger for coats in the hallway).
