Квартира расположена в центре - это большой плюс. Все комнаты оборудованы кроватями, а не диванами - большой плюс. Прикроватного всета не было в двух комнатах - минус. Кухня не располагает находиться и в ней нет окна. Стулья плохого качества и в недостаточном количестве на кухне. Зато свежий ремонт и все необходимое имеется. Екатерина, спасибо Вам большое за подробный и объективный отзыв. Обсудим с управляющей все детали. Знаю, что Елена старается делать все возможное. 2 раза сделан косметический ремонт и поменяна кухня за свой счет. Субарендная плата высокая - по всей видимости на данный момент не хватает средств на решение оставшихся проблем.
К сожалению, на момент бронирования мы не могли предложить Вам по графику дополнительные варианты на короткий срок 3 дня, это всегда сложно.
Данный вариант очень хорош по расположению и по качеству соответствует стоимости. Квартира чистая, со свежим ремонтом. Недостатки постараемся устранить ( кроме окна на кухне - к, сожалению, это частое явление в центральных квартирах).
В следующий раз, если Вы приедете к нам в гости на больший срок или бронирование будет осуществляться ближе к приезду - мы сможем предложить Вам больше вариантов для выбора.
