Along the embankments you can walk to the Palace Square and the Hermitage and make all the most fascinating excursions in the central part of the city on foot. Directly in the house there is a shop "24 hours" and a restaurant "Almond" with a terrace and a good kitchen.The apartment occupies the 2nd floor of a three-storey building. Great location, fantastic view of the Neva embankment, stunning sunsets, the Blagoveshchensky Bridge, you can watch it being built online, sitting on the balcony with a glass of champagne). The hostess is always in touch, polite and helpful. The house was built in 1825, with authentic interior doors. Around the corner is the Senate square, two steps away is the Senate pier (for lovers of water walks). There»s a lovely restaurant on the 1st floor next door. I recommend it from the bottom of my heart!

Everything matches the description. The owner is always in touch. We settled in earlier without any problems, everything is clear and understandable. The views from the balcony are gorgeous, on hot days you can comfortably sit in the shade before lunch) In the evening, after walking, it is also very pleasant to relax with a view of the Neva River. Near the Blagoveshchensk bridge. There are a huge number of attractions within walking distance.

The landlady is always in touch, decent, polite. We booked for the first time through the app «Daily.ru», worried that the expectation would not coincide with reality. However, everything corresponded to the description, the booking was successful, without any problems. The apartment is cozy, bright, clean, with all amenities: kitchen, refrigerator, microwave, cutlery, dishes, pots. Pans, shower, hairdryer, iron, washing machine, TV, air conditioning. There is a Wi-Fi connection, which is very nice. I liked the high ceilings, and especially the view from the balcony. The landscape is simply magnificent: opposite the Neva River, the Academy of Arts, the Blagoveshchensky Bridge. There are many sights of the city within walking distance: the Hermitage, Peter and Paul Fortress, Palace Square, Palace Bridge, St. Isaac»s Cathedral and much more. Everything is nearby! We recommend comfortable shoes. What is also very important is the availability of catering facilities. Literally at every step. There»s a good place right next to the entrance. There are shops too, but the assortment there is not very good. City tours can be ordered from the comfort of your home, at a good price, through the Gorbilet app recommended by the landlord. There is also a boat landing nearby. From the balcony, you can watch how the bridges are being built, if you want to go down and see everything closer. Overall, the impressions are very good. It was sad to leave.

Amazing view! Cozy, bright, neat. We haven»t seen a single neighbor in 5 days. To sit at night with a glass of wine on the balcony and watch the breeding of the Annunciation Bridge...???? for a trip of 2-3 people - ideal.
