A small duplex studio with an interesting design renovation near Nevsky Prospekt and in the closest location to all attractions. Mayakovskaya metro station is a 7-minute walk away. A little further away is the Moscow railway station. The favorite location for city guests is museums, theaters, concert halls, clubs, shops, boutiques, cafes, restaurants and everything you need near you! It is located on the 3rd floor of a five-storey building. The entrance is from the courtyard, the view from the window is on the Italian Garden.
The square footage is 18 sq.m.: 13 is the first level and 5 is the second. The original interior and all the necessary equipment for a comfortable stay. BOOKING CONDITIONS:
The flat is not booked for a day. Early booking-from 5 days. For 2-3 days - if there are convenient "windows" in the schedule. Smoking is not allowed in the apartments (only by agreement - on the balcony or in designated areas).
