#1126   Studio apartment on the Lansky highway

We stayed for the New Year and Christmas holidays 2018-2019. Lovely apartment, great location and wonderful hosts! The apartment is on the 4th floor in a nice new high-rise building, in the courtyard there are various shops, a bakery, pharmacies and all sorts of little things, which is convenient. The parking is underground and you can park your car on the street. There is a concierge in the house. Clean, comfortable apartment with a new renovation, in calm colors, everything is done with taste. The kitchen has everything you need: appliances, dishes, a good stove, refrigerator, microwave, various convenient little things. The room has a double bed and a pull-out sofa. The three of us had a rest, the 12-year-old child didn't even have to disassemble the sofa. The bed is comfortable, decent bed linen. There is a wardrobe in the small hallway between the room and the kitchen; it was quite enough for us, because there is also a chest of drawers in the room. There is an ironing board, iron, clothes dryer, hair dryer, washing machine. Everything works without problems. Great bathroom. The apartment greeted us with cleanliness, there is everything you need for self-cleaning. In the hallway there is a large mirror mounted in the wall, a good overview and expansion of space. Lighting and curtains are made on the balcony, it is convenient. In general, we exceptionally liked it here, we recommend this apartment to everyone. Chernaya Rechka metro station is 15 minutes away on foot. On the Lansky highway near the house there are such shops as "Dixie", "Pyaterochka", etc., theater ticket offices, pharmacies, hairdressers, etc. - everything a tourist needs. the nearest large shopping center is 5-10 min. by car - shopping center Season on Kolomyazhsky Ave., there are many other large shops, i.e. it is close. From the house to the north there is a railway line, next to which the park is the place of Pushkin's duel with Dantes, you can walk here. The area is generally quiet, calm, to get to the center in 20-25 minutes by car without problems. Thank you so much for a pleasant stay!
