Iconic sights such as the Hermitage, St. Isaac"s Cathedral, Admiralty with Alexander Garden, Senate Square with the Bronze Horseman, Neva and the "most photographed" Palace Bridge are just a stone"s throw away.On the second floor of the historic building there are six cozy studio apartments. All Windows overlook the courtyard, so the noise of the metropolis does not bother. The courtyard is closed, with video surveillance, under the protection of the Romanian Consulate.
Compact but functional studio apartments where you can relax after long walks or important meetings. You get at the same time the hotel amenities and the advantages of a residential apartment: you have the opportunity to cook yourself something delicious, thanks to the kitchenette equipped with the necessary appliances.
All apartments are split–level, with cozy "attics"-sleeping areas, and fully autonomous: equipped with a private bathroom (toilet, shower) and a kitchenette.
In every studio:

All apartments can accommodate up to 4 people (2+2). We ask you to pay attention to the size of the studio when booking.
It is possible to provide parking located in a closed courtyard. Parking is provided free of charge, subject to availability (address and availability are negotiated at the time of booking). The remote control from the automatic gate for the duration of the stay is issued on a deposit of 2,000 rubles, which is returned on the day of departure.
Reporting documents are provided for business travelers ( all necessary information will be provided by the Manager).
BOOKING CONDITIONS:
The flat is not booked for a day. Early booking-from 5 days. Smoking is not allowed in the apartments (only by agreement - on the balcony or in designated areas). It is strictly forbidden to hold events and violation of public order ( loud sounds after 23 hours, etc.). Full booking details here.
