Description:
The "Golden Triangle" of St. Petersburg. The main sights of the city are within walking distance. There are three metro stations within a three-minute walk: Sennaya Ploshchad/Sadovaya/Spasskaya.On the high ground floor of the historic building there are five cozy studio apartments. All Windows overlook a closed courtyard with video surveillance, so the noise of the metropolis does not bother.
The apartments differ in size and design: each studio apartment bears the name of a great Russian writer. Compact but functional studio apartments where you can relax after long walks or important meetings. You get at the same time the hotel amenities and the advantages of a residential apartment: you have the opportunity to cook yourself something delicious, thanks to the kitchenette equipped with the necessary appliances.
All apartments are fully autonomous: equipped with a private bathroom (toilet, shower) and a kitchenette. All apartments have air conditioning.
It is possible to provide parking located in a closed courtyard. Parking is provided free of charge, subject to availability (the address of the parking lot and the availability of seats are negotiated at the time of booking). The remote control from the automatic gate for the duration of the stay is issued on a deposit of 2000 rubles, which is returned on the day of departure. In other cases, parking is carried out on free spaces at the house and in the surrounding areas. Nearby, in the shopping mall "Sennaya", there is a paid Parking. The standard cost of a parking space is 400 rubles/day.

Reporting documents are provided for business travelers ( all necessary information will be provided by the Manager).
BOOKING CONDITIONS:
The flat is not booked for a day. Early booking-from 5 days. Smoking is not allowed in the apartments (only by agreement - on the balcony or in designated areas). It is strictly forbidden to hold events and violation of public order ( loud sounds after 23 hours, etc.). Full booking details here.
