The apartment is located on the third floor of a six-storey building with an elevator. The entrance is from the street, well-maintained front door, secure door, intercom. The windows overlook the courtyard, which gives silence even in the very center of the city. Parking in the courtyard is available on request (a remote control is provided for a deposit of 3,000 rubles).

Inside there are 54 square meters of light and comfort: a zoned space with a kitchen-living room and a separate bedroom, soft light, cozy textures and all the necessary appliances for a comfortable stay. At your disposal is an LCD TV, refrigerator, gas stove with oven, microwave, electric kettle, dishwasher and washing machine, hairdryer, iron with ironing board, kitchen, bedding, toiletries.

Unlimited INTERNET, Wi-Fi, and cable TV are connected.

The bathroom is separate, with a bathtub, a modern gas heater is installed.

Possible accommodation for 4 people (double bed and double sofa in the kitchen-living room).

Reporting documents are provided for business travelers ( all necessary information will be provided by the Manager).

BOOKING CONDITIONS:

The flat is not booked for a day. Early booking-from 5 days. For 2-3 days - if there are convenient "windows" in the schedule. Smoking is not allowed in the apartments (only by agreement - on the balcony or in designated areas). It is strictly forbidden to hold events and violation of public order ( loud sounds after 23 hours, etc.). Full booking details here.

Estimated time

Check-in-after 15:00, check-out-before 12:00. Early check-in or late check-out are charged extra.

Deposit

Upon check-in to the apartment, a security deposit is charged (a security deposit for keys, safety property and public order), which is returned to the card after cleaning the apartment, subject to the agreed conditions. Security deposit - in the amount of payment per day, when booking for holidays and for long periods - two days in advance.
