From August 22 to 26, we came to see the beautiful city of St. Petersburg. We have booked an apartment on Gorokhovaya. Very cozy studio with all amenities, within walking distance from Nevsky Prospekt and all attractions. The apartment has everything:dishes, dishwasher, washing machine,iron,hair dryer, and the most pleasant floor heating. We want to say a big thank you to the wonderful landlord Dmitry, who allowed us to check in earlier and leave later. A very responsive and pleasant person. The apartment is located on the ground floor, in a very quiet and cozy place. If there is an opportunity to visit St. Petersburg again, we will definitely live on Gorokhovaya 48.We also want to thank the agency Day-Peter Natalia and the maids Nadezhda and Lilia. We were with a friend in St. Petersburg for the first time. The apartment was booked almost 3 months before the trip. We are grateful to the agency "Day-Peter" for additional confirmation of the apartment reservation shortly before our arrival. Communication with the owner of the apartment Dmitry and his assistant Peter made the most pleasant impression on us. The apartment has everything you need to relax and tidy up. You can prepare breakfast and dinner. It so happened that during the days of our stay in St. Petersburg, the weather was quite cool, so the heated floor helped us to warm up and feel comfortable in the apartment. By the way, the time of arrival and departure can be negotiated with the host - in our case, they were allowed to leave later than the time indicated in the contract without additional payment. We lived in this small apartment for 6 days. There is everything you need. Comfortable for two. Very convenient location. Metro 4 different lines in 8-10 minutes walk. The house is located inside a courtyard-well. Quiet and cozy. I consider the first floor to be an advantage, because after excursions around the city, there is no longer enough strength to climb higher. The floor is heated, but we did not use it, it was warm. Very fond memories of staying in an apartment on Gorokhovaya, 48. The owner is an intelligent person, communication with whom was pleasant. The apartment is an ideal option for 2 people.
Everything you need for an evening rest after a day of walking around your beloved St. Petersburg is in the apartment. We, however, did not have to use household appliances, but everything is available: a washing machine, a dishwasher, a microwave oven, an iron, a hair dryer, etc.
The yard is quiet, clean. There is a nice front garden with a bench under the windows, you can sit with a cup of coffee in the morning.
