Inexpensive one-bedroom apartment on Vitebsk street in a quiet center in a few minutes by land transport to the very center of the city and metro stations "Sadovaya", "Baltiyskaya", "Narva". Nearby there are grocery stores, cafes, a pharmacy, the Admiralty Shipyards medical center, the N.I.Pirogov clinic. There is a supermarket "Lenta" near the Baltic railway station. Trains depart from the Baltic railway station to Petrodvorets, Lomonosov, Gatchina.Located on the 5th floor of a six-storey building with an elevator. The entrance is from the street, the Windows overlook the courtyard. Nice front door with an intercom. Paid Parking - a few minutes from the house.
The total square footage is 44 sq.m. The rooms are isolated 17 and 10, the kitchen is 7 sq.m. A small cozy apartment with a good repair. It is well-maintained and equipped with everything necessary for your comfort, there is an LCD TV, DVD, refrigerator, microwave, water filter, washing machine, electric heater, hair dryer, iron, household items.
Unlimited INTERNET, Wi-Fi, cable TV are connected.
The bathroom is separate, with a bathtub. A boiler is installed in case of disconnection of hot water.
Accommodation - up to 5 people (double sofa and armchair-bed in the living room + two single beds in the bedroom, which can be moved).

The apartment is simple, but everything is there. Carefully. Comfortably accommodated four people as a family. This is the center, but it's not long to go by minibus to Nevsky. in general, everything is fine, we were satisfied with everything. And most importantly, an acceptable price.

The apartment corresponds to the photo and description, clean, neat. Quiet, sparsely populated area. It's a long walk from the center, the end of Fontanka, but by bus or tram within 15-30 minutes. In general, we are satisfied.
