Description:

Studio apartment in the city center on Kronverksky Prospekt, 10 minutes walk from 3 metro stations - Gorkovskaya, Sportivnaya, Chkalovskaya, and 1 metro stop to Nevsky Prospekt. Nevsky Prospekt and all the main attractions can also be quickly and conveniently reached by land transport in 10 minutes. The apartment is located in a beautiful place near the Peter and Paul Fortress. Nearby are the embankments of the Neva, the Trinity Bridge, the Planetarium, the Baltic House Theater, the Zoo, the Music Hall. Near the house there are shops, many cafes and restaurants.

It is located on the 3rd floor of a six-storey Stalinist building with an elevator. Entrance from the courtyard. The yard is closed, neat. Good entrance. The Windows overlook the courtyard, the apartment has a balcony. Double-glazed windows are installed.

A small bright, cozy apartment (renovated in 2016). Rooms 13, kitchen 8 sq.m. Fully landscaped and equipped with everything necessary for a comfortable stay. At your disposal - LCD TV, refrigerator, microwave oven, electric kettle, water filter, washing machine, vacuum cleaner, iron, hair dryer, kitchen, bedding, toiletries.

Unlimited INTERNET, Wi-Fi, cable TV are connected.

The bathroom is separate, with a shower cabin. A modern gas heater is installed. Equipped with underfloor heating.

Accommodation - 2 people.

Reporting documents are provided for business travelers ( all necessary information will be provided by the Manager).

BOOKING CONDITIONS:

The flat is not booked for a day. Early booking-from 5 days. Smoking is not allowed in the apartments (only by agreement - on the balcony or in designated areas). It is strictly forbidden to hold events and violation of public order ( loud sounds after 23 hours, etc.). Full booking details here.

Check-in-after 15:00, check-out-before 12:00. Early check-in or late check-out are charged extra.


Deposit

Upon arrival, a security Deposit ( refundable cash Deposit for the keys, public order and the safety of property in the apartment) is paid.
