An interesting studio on Sizhinskaya Street on the Petrogradskaya side in the historical center of the city, a 10-minute walk from the Peter and Paul Fortress, the embankments of the Neva River and the Sportivnaya metro station. Gorkovskaya Metro Station is a 15-minute walk away. Near the house there are grocery stores, cafes and restaurants.Located on the 1st floor of a four-storey building. Quiet enclosed courtyard. Separate entrance from the courtyard. The Windows overlook the courtyard, double-glazed windows are installed. There is a possibility of parking in the yard.
A warm, cozy, original studio with a new design renovation (2021), a convenient rational layout and full equipment for a comfortable stay. There is a small living room, a bedroom and a kitchen at your disposal. And also - all the necessary modern household appliances and household items: LCD TV, refrigerator, hob, microwave, electric kettle, washing machine, iron with ironing board, dryer, kitchen, bed toiletries (including disposable slippers for guests). An individual safe is installed.
Unlimited INTERNET, Wi-Fi, cable TV are connected.
The bathroom is combined, with a shower area.
Accommodation - up to 4 people (a large, very comfortable double bed and a double sofa in the living room).
Reporting documents are provided for business travelers ( all necessary information will be provided by the Manager).
BOOKING CONDITIONS:
The flat is not booked for a day. Early booking-from 5 days. Smoking is not allowed in the apartments (only by agreement - on the balcony or in designated areas). It is strictly forbidden to hold events and violation of public order ( loud sounds after 23 hours, etc.). Full booking details here.

The apartment is very nice, everything is done with care for the guests. The ground floor is low, but it didn"t bother us, the apartment is warm and cozy. An interesting area, Petrogradka, in the very center. I liked everything, thank you.
