Gorkovskaya Metro Station is a 15-minute walk away. Near the house there are grocery stores, cafes and restaurants.Located on the 1st floor of a four-storey building. Quiet enclosed courtyard. Separate entrance from the courtyard. The Windows overlook the courtyard, double-glazed windows are installed. There is a possibility of parking in the yard.
A warm, cozy studio with a new design renovation (2021) and full equipment for a comfortable stay. At your disposal - all necessary modern household appliances and household items: LCD TV, refrigerator, hob, microwave, electric kettle, washing machine, iron with ironing board, dryer, kitchen, bed toiletries (including disposable slippers for guests).
Unlimited INTERNET, Wi-Fi, cable TV are connected.
The bathroom is combined, with a shower area.
Accommodation - 2 people (large, very comfortable double bed).
Reporting documents are provided for business travelers ( all necessary information will be provided by the Manager).
BOOKING CONDITIONS:
The flat is not booked for a day. Early booking-from 5 days. Smoking is not allowed in the apartments (only by agreement - on the balcony or in designated areas). It is strictly forbidden to hold events and violation of public order ( loud sounds after 23 hours, etc.). Full booking details here.
