The apartment is fully prepared for comfortable living. We have taken into account everything, including the necessary details. The layout is convenient and functional. The apartment consists of two rooms: a small room with a sofa and an armchair-bed, and a living room with a designated bedroom area and an adjacent kitchen. There is a glassed-in balcony with a seating area. There is also a work area with a desk. The bathroom is separate, with a bathtub.

The apartment"s furnishings are also carefully selected, including all necessary appliances and essential items such as an LCD TV, refrigerator, gas stove, oven, microwave, electric kettle, blender, multicooker, washing machine, dishwasher, hairdryer, iron with ironing board, and a variety of dishes, kitchen utensils, and toiletries.

The apartment is equipped with an air conditioner and a boiler for hot water supply.

Unlimited internet, Wi-Fi, and Smart TV are also available, allowing guests to watch their favorite movies at any time.

Sleeping places for 5 people - a wide double bed, a double sofa and a recliner. The mattress, pillows and blankets are of high quality.

Before check-in, a thorough cleaning is carried out (the maid works on check-lists so as not to miss anything). Fresh linen, towels (we wash and iron in the Laundry) + disposable slippers are provided.

Contactless check-in to the apartment - Guests can independently check in and out at any convenient time. There is a parking lot.

BOOKING CONDITIONS:

The flat is not booked for a day. Early booking-from 5 days. For 2-3 days - if there are convenient "windows" in the schedule. Smoking is not allowed in the apartments (only by agreement - on the balcony or in designated areas). It is strictly forbidden to hold events and violation of public order ( loud sounds after 23 hours, etc.). Full booking details here.

Estimated time

Check-in-after 15:00, check-out-before 12:00. Early check-in or late check-out are charged extra.

Deposit

Upon check-in to the apartment, a security deposit is charged (the deposit amount for the keys, cleanliness in the flat, the safety of property and public order), which is returned to the card after cleaning the apartment, subject to the agreed conditions. Security deposit - in the amount of payment per day, when booking for holidays and for long periods - two days in advance.
