You will be located in a beautiful place, all the most important sights are within walking distance. The nearest ones are St. Isaac"s Cathedral, Senate Square, the Bronze Horseman, Admiralty, Alexander Garden, Palace Square, Hermitage, etc. Near the house there are supermarkets "Perekrestok" and "Dixie".Located on the 1st floor of a four-storey building. Entrance from Krasnodarsky lane. The Windows are in the alley, double-glazed windows are installed. The car can be parked on the street near the house, there are always free places.
A small, cozy studio with a new renovation (2019). Fully landscaped and equipped with everything necessary for comfort and relaxation, at your disposal - LCD TV, refrigerator, electric kettle, washing machine, iron, household items.

The bathroom is combined, with a shower area. A boiler is installed.

BOOKING CONDITIONS:
The flat is not booked for a day. Early booking-from 5 days. Smoking is not allowed in the apartments (only by agreement - on the balcony or in designated areas). It is strictly forbidden to hold events and violation of public order ( loud sounds after 23 hours, etc.). Full booking details here.

Excellent studio with everything you need in the very center. We had a threesome with my husband and daughter. Everyone was satisfied. We had a great rest.
