The equipment is all working: the fridge freezer goes well), the microwave is warmed up perfectly, the washing machine is simple in control, the hair dryer and the iron are all good. Hot water is a gas column that automatically turns on, which is very convenient. But theres a wish for the hosts. For your guests to be comfortable with «all hundred», I recommend that you replace the pillows (well «worn out), add «shoulder pads» for things (6 sleeping berths-2 (!!) windmills), provide a towel in the kitchen and buy a new frying pan. All this does not require large investments, but will make the stay of the employers more comfortable. These are minor cons, and in general highly recommend this option.

Nice apartment. Parents and a sister with a family (4 adults and 2 children) came in, all of them had enough berths, and there was an Internet and a cable. The apartments pretty clean. This area was chosen because some other relatives live nearby. The mine is a 10-foot walk, which is convenient. For your money, the owners are adequate and punctual.

Everything that is specified in the characteristics is present (washing machine, iron, hair dryer, plasma panels, Internet, etc.) Hot water from the gas heater, so when the central heating was turned off from the beginning of summer season, the snake stopped warming. If there is something to drain in rainy weather, ask the host for the heater. The car is 5-7 minutes to the historical center. It is also convenient to travel to Tsarskoye village, Pavlovsk, Peterhof. The thieves are quiet. Its not a problem to park a car in the yard. The owners met at the specified time. It was a good one.

If you are going to see the Divorce of the Palace of the Trinity Bridge, the apartment is located successfully: on the side of Palace Embankment (from here, not from Vasiliev and Petrograd islands is better looking). There are no bridal bridges from the Palace of the Embankment to the named apartment, that is, without problems, you will get home

The apartment makes a pleasant impression. 5 minutes away from the subway. A clean and cozy, big tub and a kitchen. There is everything you need: the Internet, the hairdryer, the washing machine, the iron with the board, there are television sets in the rooms. In principle, a good budget option is good enough. I liked it. I recommend it.
