A small cozy studio in an elite center on Malaya Konyushennaya Street in a beautiful place surrounded by all the sights of the Northern Capital. Malaya Konyushennaya is a small pedestrian street facing Nevsky Prospekt and Kazan Cathedral. The Palace Square, the Hermitage, the central embankments of the Neva River are within walking distance. You can make all the most interesting excursions near the house. Here, in the nearest location - all the main museums, theaters, concert and exhibition halls, city squares and picturesque embankments of rivers and canals.Located on the 2nd floor of a four-storey historical building. Entrance is from the courtyard. Courtyard with security and video surveillance. Intercom, metal door to the apartment. The Windows overlook the courtyard.
The total area is 20 sq.m. Compact studio, fully equipped with everything necessary for a comfortable stay. Renovation 2017. At your disposal - LCD TV, refrigerator, gas stove, microwave oven, electric kettle, washing machine, hair dryer, iron, kitchen, bedding, toiletries.
Unlimited INTERNET, Wi-Fi, cable TV are connected.
The bathroom is combined, with a shower. A boiler is installed.

Reporting documents are provided for business travelers ( all necessary information will be provided by the Manager).
BOOKING CONDITIONS:
The flat is not booked for a day. Early booking-from 5 days. Smoking is not allowed in the apartments (only by agreement - on the balcony or in designated areas). It is strictly forbidden to hold events and violation of public order ( loud sounds after 23 hours, etc.). Full booking details here.

A small, cute apartment. A very good hostess. And the place! This is a pedestrian Malaya Konyushennaya Street, a small one, facing Nevsky and the Catherine Garden. We lived for several days, did not notice how time flew by. Thank you all.
