The historical center of the city, all the main attractions are within walking distance of the most beautiful places of the city.Located on the 4th floor of a six-storey building. It has two entrances - the front and from the courtyard. A decent yard. Intercom, metal door to the apartment. The Windows overlook the courtyard, double-glazed windows are installed. There is a parking space in the yard.
Spacious, cozy, comfortable apartment with a total area of 102 sq.m. Modern furniture, comfortable beds. Everything is provided for your comfort. The apartment is fully equipped with necessary household appliances and household items - TV in each room, refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave oven, gas stove, oven, electric kettle, coffee maker, toaster, washing machine, hair dryer, iron, electric heater (by agreement), water filter, kitchen, bedding, toiletries.
The apartment has two bathrooms - with a shower cabin and a guest (with a hygienic shower).

BOOKING CONDITIONS:
The flat is not booked for a day. Early booking-from 5 days. Smoking is not allowed in the apartments (only by agreement - on the balcony or in designated areas). It is strictly forbidden to hold events and violation of public order ( loud sounds after 23 hours, etc.). Full booking details here.

A good apartment, equipped, everything is there. There were 6 of us, and we were very comfortably accommodated. There were no problems, and if there were any questions, the manager is always in touch. The very center, everything is within walking distance. We can recommend it.
