The entrance is from the street. Good entrance, intercom, metal door to the apartment. The windows overlook Goncharnaya Street and the courtyard.
The apartment is two-sided. The total area is 78 sq.m. Separate rooms are 23+23 sq.m., the kitchen is 12 sq.m. Landscaped and equipped with everything necessary for your comfort, there are 2 TVs, a microwave oven, a refrigerator, a gas stove, an oven, an electric kettle, a washing machine and a dishwasher, a hair dryer, an iron, household items, kitchen, bedding, toiletries. The apartment is magnificent, very convenient area, the apartment has everything you need for a comfortable stay. Comfortable sleeping places. Special thanks to the landlady of the apartment, a very polite woman. My wife and teenage son had a family vacation, everyone was satisfied.

A nice, large apartment with two separate rooms and two bathrooms (which is important, there were five of us). A little noisy street near the train station, but not critical. The apartment is very clean and everything is thought out, everything is there. Near Nevsky, dining room, cafe for every taste. Excursions are also nearby, we recommend taking the red bus from Moskovsky train station all over St. Petersburg. I liked everything, we will definitely come again.

The apartment is chic, clean, cozy. We were at home: clean bed linen, all household appliances. The hosts are friendly, they met and showed everything. Very close to Nevsky Prospekt and the sights of the city. I liked everything very much.

The apartment is spacious, clean. Everything you need for living is there - bed linen, towels,dishes, household.accessories. All appliances, plumbing in working condition. The noise from the street interfered a little (in a room with windows on the road), but over time they got used to it)) Thanks to the hosts for their trust! A refundable deposit was not taken from us. Very close to the metro and Nevsky Prospekt. I liked everything!
