Nearby are the Palace Square, the Hermitage, St. Isaac"s Square, the central embankments of the Neva River and all the main attractions.Located on the 4th floor of a four-storey building without an elevator. Entrance from the courtyard, a gate with a combination lock. Clean front door. Possibility of parking (by prior arrangement). There are paid parking lots at St. Isaac"s and Kazan Cathedrals.
Two separate rooms 28 and 24, kitchen 12 sq.m. Modern interior. All necessary household appliances are available - TV, DVD, music center, refrigerator, microwave oven, electric kettle, toaster, coffee maker, washing machine, hair dryer, iron, household items - ironing board, dryer, kitchen, bedding, toiletries.
Unlimited INTERNET, Wi-Fi are connected.
The bathroom is separate, with a bathtub. The apartment has a gas heater (with automatic ignition) - there is always hot water.
Accommodation for up to 5-6 people (double bed, double sofa + 2 armchair beds).

The flat is not booked for a day. Early booking-from 5 days. Smoking is not allowed in the apartments (only by agreement - on the balcony or in designated areas). It is strictly forbidden to hold events and violation of public order ( loud sounds after 23 hours, etc.). Full booking details here.

The apartment is large, the five of us settled down quietly and did not interfere with each other. Located right by the Palace, beauty! Everything is there, the repair is not very new, but everything is decent and the price is right. We were satisfied with everything. The location is super.to Isaakievsky - 10 minutes slowly, Nevsky - 5 minutes. Hermitage-10 minutes at a leisurely pace, metro-in the next house. There are a lot of cafes around where to have a snack. We were with a small child and of course without an elevator, not really to the 4th floor, but nothing. The apartment as a whole is not bad, clean enough, there is everything for a stay. But here is the parquet and the creaky bed in the bedroom!!! I had to walk along the wall after we put the child down. Well, in the bath, I agree, it needs to be updated a little. But in general, when you come for 3-4 days, everything is fine.
