Smoking is not allowed in the apartments (only by agreement - on the balcony or in designated areas). Estimated time

Check-in-after 15:00, check-out-before 12:00. Early check-in or late check-out are charged extra.

Deposit

Upon check-in to the apartment, a security deposit is charged (a security deposit for keys, safety property and public order), which is returned to the card after cleaning the apartment, subject to the agreed conditions.
