Description:
Excellent rooms in the guest house, in a great location, near the Hermitage and Palace Square. This is the most interesting location for the guests of our city, in the elite center - the "golden" triangle of the Northern capital. You will be in the epicenter of all the most famous attractions. Nearby are the most central embankments of the Neva River with magnificent panoramic views of the entire central water area.The guest house has 5 rooms in total. Located on the 2nd floor of a five-storey building. Entrance to the courtyard from Moshkova Lane. Combination locks on the gate and in the entrance. The Windows overlook the courtyard. The car can be parked in an alley near the house if there is free space. There is also an unguarded parking on Konyushennaya Square in 5-7 minutes on foot.
Very nice rooms with a new renovation and all the necessary equipment for a comfortable stay. At your disposal is a fully equipped kitchen with built-in appliances (hob, microwave, oven, washing machine), electric fireplace, refrigerator, kettle, kitchenware; two bathrooms with showers, washing machine, hairdryer + two toilets. You can use an iron, ironing board, umbrellas, toiletries. For you - tea, coffee, sugar.
Unlimited INTERNET, Wi-Fi, cable TV are connected. Mini-safes are installed.
Possible accommodation - 3 people (two single beds can be moved and pushed apart + a single folding euro bed).
Reporting documents are provided for business travelers ( all necessary information will be provided by the Manager).
BOOKING CONDITIONS:
The flat is not booked for a day. Early booking-from 5 days. Smoking is not allowed in the apartments (only by agreement - on the balcony or in designated areas). It is strictly forbidden to hold events and violation of public order ( loud sounds after 23 hours, etc.). Full booking details here.
