Cozy studio on Bolshaya Konyushennaya Street in the elite city center, the center of all the sights of the Northern capital - Palace Square, the Hermitage, Nevsky Prospekt and the metro station of the same name are a few minutes on foot.In 2001, Bolshaya Konyushennaya Street was restored, instead of the old asphalt, the sidewalks are lined with granite slabs, and the road part of the street is paved. New antique lanterns and benches have been installed. The street has changed unrecognizably for the better. Bolshaya Konyushennaya Street is part of the "golden triangle" of St. Petersburg, and this house itself is its geometric center.
The apartment is located on the 2nd floor of a four-storey building. Entrance from the street. Wide grand staircase. The windows overlook Bolshaya Konyushennaya Street. In 2 minutes on foot on Konyushennaya Square there is a paid Parking for your car.
A small cozy comfortable apartment, equipped with everything necessary for a comfortable stay. At your disposal are household appliances and household items - LCD TV, refrigerator, hob, oven, microwave, electric kettle, washing machine, vacuum cleaner, hair dryer, iron with ironing board, dryer, kitchen, bedding, toiletries.

The apartment is as in the photo,cozy, quiet, everything you need is there, the location is gorgeous, around the corner 2 minutes is literally a good restaurant with awesome steaks, in the same minutes there is a grocery store around the clock with everything you need,metro 5 minutes, to Kazan 20 minutes on foot,the street with a square is full of cafes and restaurants for every taste, from I went out and had breakfast, in general, I really liked it, special thanks to the owners for everything promptly and on time,
