The nearest metro stations are Nevsky Prospekt and Admiralteiskaya, a 5-minute walk away.This is a small cozy studio with a rationally thought-out layout and full equipment for your comfort. Located on the 1st floor of a four-storey building. Well-maintained courtyard, with video surveillance and security. Apartment with a separate entrance from the courtyard. Very warm, the whole apartment is equipped with underfloor heating. Bathroom - with sauna.
The total square footage is 36 sq.m. The living room is conditionally divided into three comfort zones - a bedroom, a recreation area and a kitchen area. There is a double bed, a single, non-folding sofa and a coffee table with two armchairs at your disposal. The kitchen area is very compactly planned. The apartment is fully landscaped and equipped with modern household appliances and household items. There is a plasma TV, DVD, equipped kitchen, built-in mini-refrigerator, microwave oven, electric kettle, water filter, dishwasher, washing machine, as well as small appliances and household items - hairdryer, iron, bedding and toiletries. The apartment is good, everything is in the description and in great detail in the previous review, which we agree with. We had some minor complaints about cleaning and, yes, the apartment is a little tired, you can refresh it. But in general - the care of the owners, service, sauna, value for money - everything is good. Thank you for a good rest!

We went to St. Petersburg for the first time, and found very attractive apartments on this service that met all our requirements. Contacted - confirmed. But to be honest, I was alerted by the name of the site and some other features related to the legal entity and payment. I started looking for reviews and came across a couple of negative ones online. As a result, I refused to book, because an advance payment for the day was required. The site manager quite politely assured me that the apartments were good and offered to call me on the day of the visit if there was interest. Of course, I provided another option, but on the day of arrival I contacted and it turned out that the apartments were free. Manager Natalia organized a meeting with the owner, handed over the contacts. When we arrived, they were already waiting for us and the apartments turned out to be a really great option. The manager (he is also the owner) is also a positive sociable and polite person. Everything turned out very well for us. I can recommend it. About the apartments themselves on Moika 18, we can say the following: the location is the best you can think of! You come out of the arch of the courtyard and see the Palace Square in front of you. The accommodation fully corresponds to the photos and description. And the declared sauna works perfectly. There is nothing better than to warm up in the steam room after a day in the cold! The sauna, of course, is small, for 2 people, but it warms up normally. The rest of the housing is neat and quite comfortable. And the main thing is warmth. The floor is really heated, it was hot even in the abnormal frost of one of the December nights. The air, however, is very dry (but I think it is everywhere at this time) - note to the owner: it would be nice to have a humidifier. Of the minuses, there was still a very lack of a coffee maker. But there was also a kettle and tea / coffee, sugar, etc. The apartment is equipped exactly as described. Towels and bed linen do not cause questions. Yes, and a very comfortable bed - I slept well. So thanks to the owner. Interior - for an amateur, everything is visible in the photo. And, as they say in the reviews now, "a little tired", but nothing critical. The price is quite appropriate for the apartments. We decided for ourselves that if there is a chance, we will stay here with pleasure.

Sergey, thank you for your detailed objective feedback. The name of the site is dictated, first of all, by popular keywords. The company is called «Chaika, Apartments and Travel». Yes, 2 negative reviews appeared on the callback in November. They do not stand up to criticism at all (written by one person under different accounts), which we wrote about in the comments to the reviews (visible to registered users) and are dealing with the site administration. All reviews about the site are on Google maps, there are many of them, more than 40, the overall rating is 5.

The apartment is small, but cozy, fully equipped, with a sauna (even managed to use it on cold days). Clean, friendly hosts, live nearby, you can always apply. You can't think of a better place. We recommend it.
