A small one-bedroom apartment in the very center of the city on Voznesensky Prospekt, 10-15 minutes walk from St. Isaac"s Square and the Neva embankments. The nearest metro station is Sadovaya, a 10-minute walk away. You will be in a beautiful place, all the main attractions are nearby. The nearest ones are St. Isaac"s Cathedral, Senate Square, the Bronze Horseman, Admiralty, Alexander Garden, Palace Square, Hermitage. Near the house there are supermarkets "Perekrestok" and "Dixie".

Located on the 1st floor of a 4-storey building. Beautiful facade, entrance from Voznesensky Prospekt. Wide grand staircase. The Windows overlook Voznesensky Prospekt, triple-glazed windows are installed. Parking in the alley next to the house, if there is a place.

The total square footage is 31 sq.m. At your disposal are two small bedrooms and a comfortable kitchen space. The apartment is newly renovated, fully landscaped. There are 2 LCD TVs, a refrigerator, an induction single-burner tile (in the closet), a microwave oven, an electric kettle, a hairdryer, an iron, a washing machine, kitchen, bedding, toiletries.

Unlimited INTERNET, Wi-Fi, cable TV are connected.

The bathroom is separate, with a shower area.

Possible accommodation - 4 people (two double beds).

Reporting documents are provided for business travelers ( all necessary information will be provided by the Manager).

BOOKING CONDITIONS:

The flat is not booked for a day. Early booking-from 5 days. Smoking is not allowed in the apartments (only by agreement - on the balcony or in designated areas). It is strictly forbidden to hold events and violation of public order ( loud sounds after 23 hours, etc.). Full booking details here.


Estimated time

Check-in-after 14:00, check-out-before 12:00. For multi-room apartments (from 3 or more) - check-in at 15:00. Early check-in or late check-out are charged extra.


Deposit

Upon arrival, a security Deposit ( refundable cash Deposit for the keys, public order and the safety of property in the apartment) is paid.
