Inexpensive studio apartment on Dostoevsky Street in the very center of the city, a 2-minute walk from Vladimirskaya/Dostoevskaya metro station and a 10-minute walk from Nevsky Prospekt. From Moskovsky train station to the apartment can be reached on foot. Near the Vladimir Cathedral, the museum-apartment of F.M.Dostoevsky, Museum of the Arctic and Antarctic. In 2 minutes from the house there is a Blacksmith market - the central market of the city, Vladimirsky Passage, a supermarket "Land", an economy class store "Dixie", canteens, cafes, restaurants, banks, pharmacies, necessary household services.All the main attractions are at a distance of a pleasant and impressive walking tour of the most beautiful places of the city.
The apartment is located on the 5th floor. There is an elevator. The windows overlook Dostoevsky Street. The entrance is from the street, the front door is closed to the intercom. The car can be safely parked near the house. Paid parking is at the Vladimirsky Passage.
Total area of 40 sq.m. Room 20, kitchen 10 sq.m. The decoration of the living room is a Romanian set made of natural wood with inlay. The apartment is well-maintained, cozy and fully equipped, there is everything you need for a comfortable stay: TV, refrigerator, gas stove with oven, microwave, electric kettle, washing machine, iron, hairdryer, fan, kitchen bedding, toiletries.
The bathroom is separate, with a bathtub. An automatic gas column is installed.
