A small studio on Rubinstein Street in the very center of the city, a 3-minute walk from Vladimirskaya/Dostoevskaya metro station and a 5-minute walk to Nevsky Prospekt. Moskovsky Train Station is a 15-minute walk away. It is located in the famous "Tolstoy" house - an architectural monument, one of the courtyards of which faces Rubinstein Street, the other - on the picturesque embankments of the Fontanka River. All the main sights of the city are within a pleasant walking distance of the most beautiful places in the central part of the city. Nearby is the Vladimir Cathedral, the museum-apartment of F.M.Dostoevsky, as well as the central Blacksmith market, a large shopping center "Vladimirsky Passage", a supermarket "Land", an economy class market "Dixie".

Located on the 2nd floor of a six-storey building with an elevator. Entrance from the courtyard. The yard is closed, with security and video surveillance. The windows also overlook the courtyard. Paid parking is available in the courtyard.

The total square footage is 20 sq.m. Economy class apartment. It is well-maintained and equipped with everything necessary for a comfortable stay. At your disposal - LCD TV, refrigerator, gas stove, washing machine, kettle, iron, hair dryer, kitchen, bedding, toiletries.

The bathroom is combined, with a shower area.

BOOKING CONDITIONS:

The flat is not booked for a day. Early booking-from 5 days. Smoking is not allowed in the apartments (only by agreement - on the balcony or in designated areas). It is strictly forbidden to hold events and violation of public order ( loud sounds after 23 hours, etc.). Full booking details here.


Estimated time

Check-in-after 14:00, check-out-before 12:00. For multi-room apartments (from 3 or more) - check-in at 15:00. Early check-in or late check-out are charged extra.


Deposit

Upon arrival, a security Deposit ( refundable cash Deposit for the keys, public order and the safety of property in the apartment) is paid.
