In the next building there are fast food restaurants "KFC" and "McDonald"s".The apartment is located on the 2nd floor of a three-storey building, an architectural monument. Entrance from the street. Nice front door. Paid parking is a 10-minute walk from the Kazan or St. Isaac"s Cathedrals.

Nice, spacious apartment, convenient location. The description of the apartment on the website corresponds to the fact, there is enough space for a large company, there were 8 of us (including 2 children), we were accommodated normally. The beds, mattresses are comfortable, there are a lot of chairs. The furniture is solid, not modern, but of high quality and in good condition. The toilet and bathroom are clean, there is soap, shampoo, shower gel, lots of toilet paper. There are good pots, pans, appliances and mugs in the kitchen. It's not very convenient to have a microwave - on a high refrigerator, not everyone could get it without a chair. Nice hosts.

The apartment is very spacious, all rooms are separate, conveniently located, huge bedroom and living room, very high ceilings. Bright kitchen and living room. We rented an apartment for the New Year, so the location of the apartment in the very center of the city, next to the Palace Square, was crucial for us. In the kitchen, unfortunately, there is not enough kitchen equipment (corkscrew, grater, colander, whisk, etc. missing). There are pots and pans, of good quality. In the cold season, it blows from the windows (there are no double-glazed windows). But, since the rooms are quite spacious and the house has good heating, it does not bother. Reliable iron doors, both to the entrance and to the apartment, a friendly and hospitable host. I recommend it.
