The location is excellent. We checked in on time, immediately upon arrival. The kitchen has a gas stove, microwave, kettle. Hot water is a gas boiler. It was warm in KV, the batteries worked perfectly In the bathroom- soap, shampoo. Audibility- the music could be heard well enough. Either from the neighbors, or some kind of institution nearby.

I agree, the location of the apartment is 10 out of 10. The apartment itself is very clean, but there are also disadvantages: the floors creak very much, there are broken fittings on the windows. Because of this, one window did not close well, which can be a problem in the cold.
