A clean, calm front door with an intercom. The windows overlook the quiet 5th Sovetskaya Street. Free secure parking is available under the windows. Paid parking is at the Moskovsky train station.

Well-groomed, clean and fully equipped apartment. At your disposal everything you need to organize your life - LCD TV, refrigerator, gas stove with oven, microwave, electric kettle, coffee maker, juicer, hair dryer, iron, washing machine, ironing board, household items: a full set of dishes, good linen, toiletries. The entire apartment is equipped with underfloor heating.
The bathroom is combined, with a bathtub.
Unlimited INTERNET, Wi-Fi, cable TV are connected.
Possible accommodation - up to 4 people (double bed and double sofa). If necessary, an extra bed is provided - a single folding euro bed.

BOOKING CONDITIONS:
The flat is not booked for a day. Early booking-from 5 days. Smoking is not allowed in the apartments (only by agreement - on the balcony or in designated areas). It is strictly forbidden to hold events and violation of public order ( loud sounds after 23 hours, etc.). Full booking details here.

Good afternoon. They lived on the 5th Soviet. The apartment is small but cozy. Everything is there for a short stay. Walking distance to the store, metro, bridges. I recommend.

We had a great 6 days in St. Petersburg. We lived on the 5th Sovetskaya st. We liked the apartment. The only drawback – the apartment was not cleaned: the windows and window sills, as well as the blinds were dirty. Dim lighting. In general, I liked everything. Shops are within walking distance. It's close to the center.

We had a family vacation with two children from July 25 to July 31. Cozy studio apartment with two wide beds, quite suitable for 4 people. The apartment has everything you need for a comfortable stay after a full day of excursions. Convenient location: 10 minutes to Moskovsky train station, 40-45 minutes by a quiet walk to the embankment. All the sights of the center of St. Petersburg are within walking distance. The hostess is wonderful, she settled in early in the morning. There is a small park nearby. Lots of shops. I liked everything.
