Studio apartment on Admiralteiskiy Prospekt in the center of all attractions near Nevsky Prospekt and the new Admiralteiskaya metro station. It is located in a beautiful place - nearby St. Isaac"s and Senate Squares, Palace Square, the Bronze Horseman, Alexander Garden, Neva embankments.

Located on the 3rd floor of a five-storey building. Quiet enclosed courtyard. Entrance from the courtyard, clean front door. The Windows overlook the courtyard. You can park your car in the courtyard for free. Paid parking is a 3-minute walk on St. Isaac"s Square.

The total square footage is 30 sq.m. Room 18, kitchen 7 sq.m. Good repair, classic interior style. The apartment is fully landscaped and equipped with everything necessary for your comfort. Available - LCD TV, DVD, refrigerator, microwave oven, electric kettle, toaster, washing machine, iron, hair dryer, household items. Air conditioning is installed.

Unlimited INTERNET, Wi-Fi, satellite TV are connected.

The bathroom is combined, with a shower cabin. There is a boiler in case of disconnection of hot water.

It is comfortable to accommodate one person or a couple.

Reporting documents are provided for business travelers ( all necessary information will be provided by the Manager).

BOOKING CONDITIONS:

The flat is not booked for a day. Early booking-from 5 days. Smoking is not allowed in the apartments (only by agreement - on the balcony or in designated areas). It is strictly forbidden to hold events and violation of public order ( loud sounds after 23 hours, etc.). Full booking details here.


Estimated time

Check-in-after 14:00, check-out-before 12:00. For multi-room apartments (from 3 or more) - check-in at 15:00. Early check-in or late check-out are charged extra.


Deposit

Upon arrival, a security Deposit ( refundable cash Deposit for the keys, public order and the safety of property in the apartment) is paid.

Prepayment-for the first night.
