Description:

Studio apartment with Jacuzzi on Italian street in the elite center, 3 minutes walk from Nevsky Prospekt and Nevsky Prospekt metro station. Nearby are the Arts Square, Russian and Ethnographic Museums, theaters, concert halls and all the main attractions of the city. To the Palace Square, the Hermitage, the Neva embankments - 15 minutes on foot through the most beautiful places of the city.

Located on the 4th floor of a 5-storey building, in the same building with the theater.Komissarzhevskaya. There is no elevator. The main entrance from the Italian street. The Windows overlook the courtyard. Paid Parking is a 5-minute walk from the house.

The total area is 30 sq.m. A small cozy comfortable apartment. Everything necessary for living is available - LCD TV, refrigerator, microwave oven, electric kettle, washing machine, hair dryer, iron, household items - ironing board, dryer, kitchen, bedding, toiletries.

At your disposal - unlimited INTERNET, Wi-Fi, TV with 50 channels.

The bathroom is combined, with a Jacuzzi bath. A modern gas heater is installed.

Accommodation - up to 3 people (double bed and IKEA sofa for one person).

Reporting documents are provided for business travelers ( all necessary information will be provided by the Manager).

BOOKING CONDITIONS:

The flat is not booked for a day. Early booking-from 5 days. Smoking is not allowed in the apartments (only by agreement - on the balcony or in designated areas). It is strictly forbidden to hold events and violation of public order ( loud sounds after 23 hours, etc.). Full booking details here.


Estimated time

Check-in-after 15:00, check-out-before 12:00. Early check-in or late check-out are charged extra.


Deposit

Upon check-in to the apartment, a security deposit is charged (a security deposit for keys, safety, property and public order), which is returned to the card after cleaning the apartment, subject to the agreed conditions. Security deposit - in the amount of payment per day, when booking for holidays and for long periods - two days in advance.

Prepayment-for the first night.

We were received very well, the hostess is smart, very hospitable and attentive. The location is great at the Arts Square (5 theaters, 2 museums!) and everything is nearby, all the sights. And what a beauty! The apartment is just like in the pictures. The fourth floor, without an elevator, the entrance is very beautiful, although it needs repair. Very cozy apartment.Windows facing a quiet courtyard, within walking distance of shops, cafes, metro brought comfort and satisfaction to our rest. The center - all attractions are within walking distance (for hiking enthusiasts). Metro, shops, cafes - everything is nearby. The apartment is wonderful! Small and cozy, Windows facing the courtyard. There is always hot water - a column. Very nice hosts Nelly and Ilya - they told and showed everything. Located in the center - everything is nearby, and most importantly near the metro. Now a little about the disadvantages - there is no electric kettle (not critical - a matter of habit) and there is not enough floor lamp or night light (during the white nights it does not bother, but in winter ....) If we are in St. Petersburg, we will stop here.

Dear Olga. Thank you for your detailed, objective feedback. We discussed everything with the hostess. But, unfortunately, it is impossible to put an electric kettle in the apartment, since there are 2 more apartments nearby and there is not enough power to install additional electrical appliances. The apartment has a high-quality expensive kettle. There is a night light in the apartment.

The apartment itself is cozy and quite spacious, cleaned, everything necessary for living is there. We promptly solved problems with the Internet and TV provider. In fact, it is located on Nevsky Prospekt, in the very center, which means that everything is within walking distance. We were satisfied with the accommodation.
