BOOKING CONDITIONS:
The flat is not booked for a day. Early booking-from 5 days. Smoking is not allowed in the apartments (only by agreement - on the balcony or in designated areas). It is strictly forbidden to hold events and violation of public order ( loud sounds after 23 hours, etc.). Full booking details here.

Thank you for offering this apartment. I liked everything - the reception, the order, and the location of the apartment. The apartment is spacious, the ceilings are high, very bright. The three of us lived with a child, everything is very convenient. Everyone was nearby, moving around the center on foot. Nearby there are shops and cafes, a dining room. Shopping center near the train station. We lived for a week and didn't notice, didn't want to come back, wait to visit again. Thanks to the agency and Natalia. And also the hostess. I lived for 3 days on May holidays, I liked everything: a large bright room, high ceiling, 3 minutes to Nevsky Prospekt, pleasant hosts. Note to neurotics: since the first floor and the apartment are in the center, mosquitoes often make noise at night and sometimes fight, but this is everywhere, so I do not consider it a disadvantage, I will definitely stop by again.

The description on the website is accurate, only the apartment has 4 beds, not 3 :-) We were very satisfied with everything. I stayed in the apartment in July 2014, we were very satisfied! Firstly, a convenient location for both a tourist visit to the city and for business trips; the central location allows you to get to any point in the center or another area in a short time due to the proximity of the Vladimirskaya metro station.
