Hello!It is located in the center of St. Petersburg, in the so-called Golden Triangle. Visitor attractions, theaters, and museums are in the stepping-up area. There are small shops, cafes, student cafeterias, but it is better to shop at a network supermarket « Crossing, which is within 5 minutes « walk towards the Gostiny Dvor (price difference). In fact, 5-7 minutes walk from Nevsky Prospekt metro station. Theres everything. Come and live. Big plus presence of warm floors in the bathroom, heater, extra blankets (when we lived, the temperature in the street was up to 10 degrees below freezing). From the negative side it is possible to mark the bed, it is really large, comfortable, but it creaks (it is time to repair). All photos of the apartment correspond to reality. Николай, благодарим Вас за отзыв! Данная квартира бронируется в период высокого сезона по цене 4500-5000. Квартира большая 55 кв.м, хорошего уровня и в самом дорогом месте Санкт-Петербурга. Вы бронировали на короткий срок 3,5 дня ( когда не делаются скидки) по цене 4000. Это очень невысокая цена для данного объекта - видимо, бронирование было удобно по графику и стоимость получилась со скидкой.

We stopped at this apartment (Griboyedov) from 22.07 to 25.07.14, contacted the agent a couple of days before arrival, and the communication was pleasant, quick and productive, and we immediately agreed on the details, the keys were given to our acquaintance the day before the arrival (without additional charge). Thats a nice apartment! Although one room, however, I was with my parents, and we were completely uncramped (more than 50 square meters). There was always a parking spot in the yard. Next to Kazans Cathedral, everything is on foot. On the basis of price and quality-a very decent option, I recommend!
