Hello!The apartment is located in the very center of S.St. Petersburg, in the so-called "Golden Triangle". Attractions, theaters, museums are within walking distance. Nearby there are small shops, cafes, a student canteen, but it is better to shop at the Perekrestok chain supermarket, located a 5-minute walk towards Gostiny Dvor (the price difference is significant). Indeed, it takes 5-7 minutes to walk from the Nevsky Prospekt metro station.The apartment's furnishings are pleasing. There is everything. Come and live. A big plus is the presence of underfloor heating in the bathroom, a heater, additional blankets (when we lived, the temperature outside was up to 10 degrees below zero). Of the minuses, you can note the bed, it is really big, comfortable, but it creaks (it's time to repair it). All photos of the apartment correspond to reality. I would like to mention the manager Olga, who answered all our questions.We will recommend living in this apartment to all friends and acquaintances.

The apartment is a large 55 sq.m., of a good level and in the most expensive place in St. Petersburg. You booked for a short period of 3.5 days (when no discounts are made) at a price of 4000. This is a very low price for this object - apparently, the booking was convenient on schedule and the cost turned out to be at a discount.

We stayed in this apartment (on Griboyedov Street) from 22.07 to 25.07.14, we contacted the agent a couple of days before arrival, the communication was pleasant, fast and productive, we immediately agreed on the details, the keys were given to our friend the day before arrival (without extra charge). Very nice apartment! Although there was one room, but nevertheless I was with my parents, and it was absolutely not crowded for us (more than 50 sq.m.). There was Parking in the courtyard, there was always a place. Near the Kazan Cathedral, everything is within walking distance. If we proceed from the price and quality - a very decent option, I recommend it!
