«We were worried that we would be deceived, but in vain. Firstly, the Day is Peter, although they take a deposit, but without cheating. We arrived in the evening, the owners were waiting for us in the apartment. It is very convenient that there are towels and detergents for dishes. A couple of supermarkets nearby. The refrigerator works well. The column is a little naughty, but this is when the water pressure is small. Of the minuses, probably only this. Well, there is also a short tap in the bathroom, if you want to wash your head under the tap, it will not work, only under the shower. The window opens. The TV is working, wi-fi works without problems. The hair dryer is very strong, it's super for thick hair, the iron is wonderful with steam, the washing machine is in the hallway, I washed my jeans from the road without any problems. The dryer is aluminum, it paints things a little, especially light ones. Therefore, I dried it by putting a towel on the dryer. This is my personal experience. The owners are very nice and decent people. We will definitely return there again.»

«The apartment is wonderful! Small and cozy, Windows facing the courtyard. There is always hot water - a column. Very nice hosts Nelly and Ilya - they told and showed everything. Located in the center - everything is nearby, and most importantly near the metro. Now a little about the disadvantages - there is no electric kettle (not critical - a matter of habit) and there is not enough floor lamp or night light (during the white nights it does not bother, but in winter ....) If we are in St. Petersburg, we will stop here.»

«We had a rest in St. Petersburg from the end of June to the beginning of July. The weather was not very pleasant, which cannot be said about the studio. The hosts are wonderful people - responsive and always ready to help. The hostess herself, Kenzhegul, explained everything at once at the meeting and told about the rules of behavior, showed where and what is in the apartment itself. Her son Arman is also a very friendly young man, if he needed help, he never refused. I was vacationing in the city with my girlfriend and daughter, and my child is in a wheelchair. So at the meeting, the owners helped to lift both things and the stroller. The fact is that the studio is located on the 3rd floor, there is no elevator in the house (which we were warned about when booking). Also, later, we were allowed to use the keys to the gate, which are located at the entrance to the courtyard, so that we did not have to pull the stroller through the gate. The studio itself is small, but very cozy. The cleanliness at the entrance was perfect. There is everything you need for living: a combined bathroom, a refrigerator, an induction cooker, a TV, Wi-Fi, a sofa bed on the ground floor and a 2-bed mattress on the second floor, a microwave. There are also all the necessary household items from dishes to essential hygiene products (such as soap and toilet paper). 2 towels per person are issued and bed linen was changed every 5 days. There are not many dishes in the studio itself, but you can use a common one. My girlfriend and I took additional saucepans, and the basis for baking (there are both silicone and metal ones). We had picnics in the parks several times, so the hostess helped us with blankets on the grass. Speaking of the location of the studio, it's just perfect. Most of the sights of the city are within walking distance (we took the metro no more than 5 times in 2 weeks, because almost everything can be reached on foot). But if necessary, the metro is only a 5-minute walk away, while there are 2 of them at once (Hay and Garden), so 3 of the 6 branches are at your disposal almost near the house itself. There are a lot of grocery stores in the area, there is a shopping center and a market (we took vegetables mainly there - prices are lower). By the way, the owner of the studio gave us the addresses of the shops and the market. There are a lot of different cafes and restaurants near the apartment, and a 10-minute walk there is Yusupovsky Park (not very large, but there is a playground and a nice pond). The only disadvantage in the apartment is that we didn't have enough space for things. There is a hanger with hangers and that's it, but there is nowhere to place various small things (we had the whole windowsill occupied, and underwear and small things were removed in one of the kitchen cabinets), in general, a couple of shelves would not hurt there. But, in any case, we really liked the studio, so I boldly recommend it for living in St. Petersburg.»

«This is a very good attempt to create comfort from the rooms of a communal apartment, very similar to a mini-apartment: a bathroom in each room, an induction tile that allows you to cook a small pot of soup or fry scrambled eggs (and for large-scale cooking, you can use a communal kitchen), a microwave oven to warm pastries from the Crossroads, bought after 20.00 with a 30% discount there is a folding sofa downstairs for those who do not want to climb the steep wooden stairs to the second floor of the room, and a light switch on the second floor so as not to climb these stairs in the dark... In general, the amenities are very thoughtful. But there are also inconveniences (except for the stairs): you can't throw paper in the toilet, which you constantly forget about, the mattress lies right on the floor, it's a little cramped in the bathroom and all this at the price of a 3-room apartment in Montenegro with a sea view! But this is not a claim to the owners (Kenzhegul and Arman are very friendly and responsive) in any case. Such is this city of inflated prices, I can't recommend it to anyone as a destination for tourism. But if you are still brought into it, you are unlikely to find better housing in the economy segment. Perfect cleanliness. Walking distance of the entire city center, including train stations and bridges, which is important in cases of traffic jams and traffic closures, as well as when there is not enough time to explore all the sights. In general, this is a good option for both short and long stays»
