Positive:
-a wonderful location in the very center of the city, it is not possible to be more central, in my opinion
-the possibility of arrival a little earlier than the agreed time if possible on the part of the owner
Minuses:
-The humidity in the apartment is scattered: it smells a little damp and the shower room never dries properly
-the shower room can be improved because it is in a rather deplorable condition
-The lack of an ironing board as promised
-Most of all we were let down by the lack of the promised Internet...The modem ate insanely fast all the money and on the second day we were left with nothing, and even replenishment did not help....and he was so needed for travel planning.

«The apartment is not bad, there were 3 of us (a couple and a child), but when we rested, it was hot, and there was no air conditioning in the apartment. There is parking. Check-in to the courtyard under a brick, it is unrealistic to go around, this is a minus and a risk for you. And in general, it's good, everything you need for the guests of St. Petersburg is nearby.»

«We lived in an apartment in June 2012. I really liked it! Convenient area, nice house with a closed green courtyard, plenty of Parking space. Close to the metro and generally close to the center. Groceries, bank, pharmacy, bus stop. transport - everything is in step. There were problems with the shower on the day of arrival, but after calling the hostess, everything was fixed promptly in a few hours. The apartment is very, very cozy, the four of us were cramped there, but sleeping between trips around the city is the best thing!»
