We arrived before the check-in time and the girl managers kindly allowed us to leave our suitcases in the apartment, so we started our tour of the city "at ease". Magnificent view from the window of the Church of the Savior on Spilled Blood, Griboyedov Embankment and the end part of the Russian Museum. Within walking distance of Nevsky Prospekt, the Hermitage with Palace Square and the metro! «The location is super.to Isaakievsky - 10 minutes slowly, Nevsky - 5 minutes. Hermitage-10 minutes at a leisurely pace, metro-in the next house. There are a lot of cafes around where to have a snack. We were with a small child and of course without an elevator, not really to the 4th floor, but nothing. The apartment as a whole is not bad, clean enough, there is everything for a stay. But here is the parquet and the creaky bed in the bedroom!!! I had to walk along the wall after we put the child down. Well, in the bath, I agree, it needs to be updated a little. But in general, when you come for 3-4 days, everything is fine.»

«I liked the apartment. The design is comfortable. The connection is perfect, which is a very rare phenomenon in the Center of St. Petersburg. I was also surprised that the TV is normal with a large number of channels and everything works. The kitchen is comfortable. Wardrobes, bedside tables with table lamps are also rare. These are very necessary conditions for a normal and comfortable stay. Of the disadvantages, only the lack of an air freshener in the toilet. There is a peculiar smell in the apartment. «Four people lived there (two adults and two teenage children). They also used a cot. Excellent location. The metro is 3 minutes away. Nevsky is 7 minutes away. The apartment fully corresponds to the description. Parking is spontaneous, in the alley near the house, you need to look for a place during the day, but you can park on Ligovsky Prospekt. «We lived in St. Petersburg with my daughter for 10 days in August 2016 in this room with all amenities, and we really liked everything, especially the kind and friendly hostess!:)The undoubted advantage is the location - in the city center.Everything is very close, within walking distance.Nevsky is 5 minutes away!The house itself, of course, is old.He is more than 150 years old, but that's what makes him interesting!This adds a certain flavor and creates a special atmosphere.As for the room itself, it has everything you need for a comfortable life, including various household trifles.Very clean and cozy! If desired, you can even cook or warm up ready-made food.There is even a washing machine with a good powder in addition! :)If we talk about infrastructure, there are a lot of shops nearby (the largest is the Crossroads), a metro station, atmospheric coffee shops where you can sit in the evening or have a cup of coffee in the morning and just a lot of interesting and useful shops and even a market.Many thanks to the hostess for the hospitality!We are glad that we have discovered this place and will be happy to return here again, and we will also recommend it to all friends and acquaintances.»

«We lived in a room in August 2016 /from 16 to 19/, the room is very small, but cozy. It is quite comfortable for two people to live, everything looks like in the photo. The bed on the top is wide wider than a double bed - there is a double mattress and there is even a place - we charged phones here at night. The hosts are very hospitable and pleasant people, they even wrote us recommendations on the use of equipment and the location of grocery stores and the market. The owners of Kenzhegul and Armenians were always in touch, and they called us to check how we were doing. So it's pretty good.»
