«The apartment is very spacious, all rooms are separate, conveniently located, huge bedroom and living room, very high ceilings. Bright kitchen and living room. We rented an apartment for the New Year, so the location of the apartment in the very center of the city, next to the Palace Square, was crucial for us. In the kitchen, unfortunately, there is not enough kitchen equipment (corkscrew, grater, colander, whisk, etc. missing). There are pots and pans, of good quality. In the cold season, it blows from the windows (there are no double-glazed windows). But, since the rooms are quite spacious and the house has good heating, it does not bother. Reliable iron doors, both to the entrance and to the apartment, a friendly and hospitable host. I recommend it.»

«In general, we liked the apartment. It is quite spacious and has an ideal location. It can be seen that repairs have been made recently: the furniture and plumbing are new. The kitchen is equipped with all necessary appliances and utensils. Of the minuses: the intercom did not work and, having 1 set of keys, it was inconvenient. Among the wishes: to hang tulle on the windows, which would add comfort to the residents, because the windows of the neighboring house are very close.»

«Hello! We rested in this apartment with a family of 3 people, in July 2014 (4 days). The apartment is located on the 1st floor and fully corresponds to the photos. Everything indicated in the description corresponds to reality! The apartment is very cozy. Despite the center, it is very quiet and calm, the Windows overlook the courtyard. Within walking distance of many attractions, souvenir and grocery stores, cafes, canteens. The car was parked on the embankment of the Griboyedov Canal, parking seems to be prohibited there, but everyone puts and free places can always be found. I also wanted to note that I really liked the work of the Day-Peter service. Managers work very quickly and efficiently, within 10-15 minutes they picked up several offers to choose from according to the parameters set by me. At all stages (selection-booking-check–in – accommodation - check-out), everything was very pleasant and without any difficulties. In general, we were very satisfied, I recommend it!»

«Very nice apartment! Although there was one room, but nevertheless I was with my parents, and it was absolutely not crowded for us (more than 50 sq.m.). There was Parking in the courtyard, there was always a place. Near the Kazan Cathedral, everything is within walking distance. If we proceed from the price and quality - a very decent option, I recommend it!»
