What is important, for me, the sleeping places are comfortable (my back is capricious). The yard is quiet, clean, despite "being around"))) the stone is even with vegetation, well, the fact that it is locked is also nice). The location of the apartment is the best. The whole center is at your disposal. Plus - the metro station "Nevsky Prospekt" with interchanges in almost all directions, to the Palace embankment - 30 minutes, absolutely strolling, walking, from where on the water for walks)))»

The only drawback is that the apartment has not been cleaned for a long time: the windows are not washed, there is dust on the chandelier. But these little things did not spoil our wonderful impression of the beauty of the city during the white nights. «In June we had a rest in St. Petersburg and lived in this apartment.I liked everything very much. The apartment is clean, cozy, without extra furniture and not cluttered (for me it is very important).It is located two steps from the Kazan Cathedral.Saved on the Blood to pass a little.Beauty!Walking, we reached various historical beautiful places.We came home at 2-3 nights, very convenient,do not go at night ,the house is nearby))) Pleasure boats right next to the house (50 meters).The metro is close to Nevsky Prospekt.I recommend the apartment to anyone who wants to visit the beautiful St. Petersburg.»

«Beautiful apartment in the city center: Advantages:location,fresh renovation, photo corresponds to reality (only instead of a black sofa there is a refrigerator), all appliances are available: iron,hair dryer,coffee machine, clothes dryer,ironing board...there are a lot of dishes and everything for cooking, a great shower (with music), hot water without interruptions (new water heater). Cons: only one:located on the 4th floor without elevator. Conclusion: For such money, the apartment is great!»
