«We were at the end of August in the 4th. Initially, they wanted another apartment, but it was occupied for the right dates and the manager offered this one. I do not regret the decision to choose this apartment at all. 1. Location. The apartment is located in the very center. During the 5 days that we were guests in St. Petersburg, we never had a chance to use public transport. All the main attractions are within a kilometer, rarely within 2 km. The only exception is that we went to Peterhof by car. Nearby there are bakeries, restaurants, 24-hour Dixie and everything you need. 2. Apartment. The apartment is newly renovated, in some cabinets on the far shelves there are even traces of repairs (paint cans, podrozetniki, etc.). Everything looks great, no broken switches, broken handles and similar jambs. The only thing that is a little dusty, but this is not surprising because all the furniture in the apartment is dark and it is not so easy to keep it clean. 3. Living conditions. There are towels, dishes, soap and soap accessories, washing machine, iron, dryer, hair dryer and all the other small things necessary for a comfortable stay. The only thing missing was a shelf in the shower stall. 4. Comfort. Overall, the stay is more than comfortable. Neighbors are not heard and not seen. The only negative is the lack of air conditioning and the fact that the windows overlook the street. In the center with air conditioners, everything is generally bad because you can't spoil historical facades with them. I had to sleep with the windows open and, as a result, listen to the roar of engines, loud music from cars and fans yelling songs in the middle of the night. If you have a light sleep and you are traveling in the summer, then this option is not for you. 5. Check-in. There were no problems with the check-in manager, everything was agreed in advance. Everything is correct, kind and to the point. Result. The apartment is completely satisfied. It's expensive, of course, but it's worth the money. This was the first experience of daily apartment rental and I consider it quite successful.»
