«Nice, spacious apartment, convenient location. The description of the apartment on the website corresponds to the fact, there is enough space for a large company, there were 8 of us (including 2 children), we were accommodated normally. The beds, mattresses are comfortable, there are a lot of chairs. The furniture is solid, not modern, but of high quality and in good condition. The toilet and bathroom are clean, there is soap, shampoo, shower gel, lots of toilet paper. There are good pots, pans, appliances and mugs in the kitchen. It's not very convenient to have a microwave - on a high refrigerator, not everyone could get it without a chair. Nice hosts.»

«I will try to be objective in my review. Seven people lived in the apartment. The apartment is four-room. The kitchen is huge, comfortable. They were placed in all six calmly. All kitchen utensils are available (dishes, gas. stove, microwave, dishwasher...). We didn't cook, just drank tea, coffee. Rooms: one large with a large bed, the second entrance with a double bed, two sofas, armchairs, the third smaller bedroom with a large bed, the fourth small room with two single beds. One bathroom combined with toilet, bathtub, shower (not working), washbasin, mini sauna. There is no air conditioning. During our rest period there was a strong heat. It was uncomfortable. Pros: we were met in the apartment, everything was explained and shown; the deposit of 5000 rubles was returned the next day; cleanliness (a very important indicator for us). bed, floors, furniture, bath, toilet. everything was clean; the location of the apartment is just super. 5 minutes you are in St. Isaac's Cathedral, 6 minutes you are on the palace square. Cons: only one and then I would not take it too much to the cons. this is the shabbiness of the apartment. Furniture, doors... it's not new. But again, the main thing for us was cleanliness. It can be seen that the apartment is carefully cleaned. Will I offer this apartment - definitely yes. I would have settled in this apartment again - yes.»

«I rented an apartment in June 2022, lived in it with my children. The apartment is clean, cozy, renovated. Located 3 minutes walk from the Obvodny Canal metro station, public transport stops. Within walking distance of several grocery stores, cafes, canteens, a large shopping center, Pyshechnaya. The apartment has everything you need for a comfortable stay, including such necessary trifles as an iron, ironing board, hairdryer, heater. The kitchen is equipped with appliances (stove, microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator), cooking utensils and cutlery. The bathroom has a shower, a washing machine, and thanks to an automatic gas column, there is always hot water. The owner of the apartment took care of the availability of clean bed linen, towels, hygiene products. The courtyard of the house is quiet, clean, despite being near Ligovsky Prospekt and the Bypass Canal. The house has the possibility of parking a vehicle. The apartment is wonderful, without flaws, the hostess is attentive, prudent, responsive. Vacation in St. Petersburg was a great success!»

In addition, the location is super, in the very center, the metro is around the corner, and the favorite Cheese restaurant is right in the house. I lived for a week and was very satisfied, besides, the owners are very nice people - there were no problems. If fate ever throws me to St. Petersburg again, I will definitely return to this apartment.»
